Fees for International Transaction definition

Fees for International Transaction means a fee charged for transactions done in AED or foreign currencies at merchant establishments (including physical and e-commerce merchants) that are domiciled outside the U.A.E.; this fee is charged in addition to the standard processing fees levied by Mastercard Worldwide or Visa International.

  • application for international protection means a request made by a third country national or a stateless person for protection from a Member State, who can be understood to seek refugee status or subsidiary protection status, and who does not explicitly request another kind of protection, outside the scope of this Directive, that can be applied for separately;

  • Retail transaction means the purchase of prepaid wireless telecommunications service from a seller for any purpose other than resale.

  • international traffic means any transport by a ship or aircraft operated by an enterprise of a Contracting State, except when the ship or aircraft is operated solely between places in the other Contracting State;

  • Terminating Capital Transaction means any sale or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Partnership or a related series of transactions that, taken together, result in the sale or other disposition of all or substantially all of the assets of the Partnership.

  • international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.

  • the International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization.

  • Securities Transaction means a purchase of or sale of Securities.

  • capital transactions means any of the following: the sale of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the refinancing of mortgages or other liabilities of the Company; the receipt of insurance proceeds; and any other receipts or proceeds are attributable to capital. (Check One) ☐ - SINGLE-MEMBER: A “Capital Account” for the Member shall be maintained by the Company. The Member's Capital Account shall reflect the Member’s capital contributions and increases for any net income or gain of the Company. The Member’s Capital Account shall also reflect decreases for distributions made to the Member and the Member’s share of any losses and deductions of the Company.

  • International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;

  • M&A Transaction means (a) a transaction in which all or substantially all of the assets to which the subject matter of this Agreement relates are acquired by or assigned to party that is not an Affiliate, or (b) a sale of all or substantially all of the share capital of BioLine (or its Affiliates), (c) the merger of BioLine (or its Affiliates) with any other entity, or any other similar corporate action, except an internal reorganization of BioLine (or its Affiliates) for tax-related reasons otherwise.

  • Personal Securities Transaction means any transaction in a Covered Security in which an Access Person has a direct or indirect Pecuniary Interest.

  • Designated agency means a contractual relationship

  • Division/Series Transaction means, with respect to any Person that is a limited liability company organized under the Laws of the State of Delaware, that any such Person (a) divides into two or more Persons (whether or not the original Person survives such division) or (b) creates, or reorganizes into, one or more series, in each case, as contemplated under the Laws of the State of Delaware.

  • Manufactured-home transaction means a secured transaction:

  • Warsaw Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Warsaw, October 12, 1929, as amended, but not including the Montreal Convention as defined above.

  • Regional Transmission Organization or “RTO” means the regional transmission organization approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the control area that includes the utility’s assigned service area (as defined in IC 8-1-2.3-2).

  • Personal Securities Transactions means any transaction in a Security pursuant to which an Access Person would have a Beneficial Ownership interest with the exception of obligations of the U.S. Government, bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, money market fund shares, commercial paper, high quality short-term debt instruments and registered open-end investment companies, none of which are funds advised or sub-advised by the Firm.

  • international air transport means air transport that passes through the airspace over the territory of more than one State;

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.
