Felling Commencement Date definition

Felling Commencement Date means the date in each Period specified by Us in writing from time to time for the commencement of felling of the Products and for the first Period of this Agreement, the date specified in the Lot Information and Conditions;

Examples of Felling Commencement Date in a sentence

  • When required during the Term the Authorised Officer may agree or vary, by confirming in writing to the Customer, any practical operational matters within his or her discretion; the identity of any sub-contractors; the Felling Commencement Date; the Felling Order; the agreed working method.

  • Significant windblow affecting all or part of the Lot which occurs after the Felling Commencement Date shall not amount to Force Majeure.

  • The risk in the Products and any Retained Timber Element shall pass to the Customer on the Felling Commencement Date.

  • The Customer will provide NRW’s Authorised Officer with the name and contact details of the Customer’s Representative and the Forestry Works Manager prior to the Felling Commencement Date and will notify NRW promptly of any changes during the Term.
