Fellow Adopter definition

Fellow Adopter means Adopter and any other Person that has entered into an Adopter Agreement with Licensor, and includes such Person’s Affiliates.
Fellow Adopter means any Licensor, and any other entity (including Adopter), which has entered into a binding Adopter Agreement with AACS LA and Licensors in order to use and implement any Specification and the AACS Technology licensed pursuant to such Adopter Agreement and shall include its Affiliates.
Fellow Adopter means any entity (including Adopter), which has executed an Adopter Agreement that remains in effect with AACS LA and Licensors in order to use and implement any Specification and the AACS Technology licensed pursuant to such Adopter Agreement and shall include its Affiliates.

Examples of Fellow Adopter in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, where costs per Fellow Adopter decrease, AACS LA shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the Annual Administration Fee.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.
