FERC OATT ORDER definition

FERC OATT ORDER means the Order issued by the FERC on December 29, 1999, in Docket No.ER00-417-000 accepting for filing under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act PPL Montana's open access transmission tariff.

  • Operational Flow Order means any directive issued to a Customer by KUB which requires the Customer to adjust Deliveries to KUB or deliveries of non-Firm gas to the Customer by KUB.

  • Limit Order means an order to buy or sell a financial instrument at its specified price limit or better and for a specified size;
