FERC Section 205 Order definition

FERC Section 205 Order means the order issued by the FERC on August 24, 1999, in Docket No. ER99-3491-000, granting approval for the blanket issuance of securities or assumption of liabilities under Section 204 of the Federal Power Act by PPL Montana and granting approval for PPL Montana to sell power at market based rates under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act.
FERC Section 205 Order means the order issued by the FERC on December 7, 2000, in Docket No. ER01-141-000, granting approval for the issuance of securities or assumption of liabilities under Section 204 of the Federal Power Act and granting to the Company Market-Based Rate Authority.
FERC Section 205 Order means the order issued by the FERC on August 24, 1999, in Docket No. ER99-3491-000, granting approval for the blanket issuance of securities or assumption of liabilities under Section 204 of the Federal Power Act by PPL Montana and granting approval for PPL Montana to sell power at market based rates under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act. 100 "FERC WAIVER ORDER" shall mean the Order issued by the FERC on September 17, 1999, in Docket No. EL99-79-000, disclaiming jurisdiction under Section 201(b) of the Federal Power Act over the Owner Lessor, the Lessor Manager and the Owner Participant.

  • Local Bankruptcy Rules means the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Bidding Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Bidding Procedures.

  • Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the DIP Facilities Motion, which order shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and the DIP Credit Agreements, and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors.

  • mg/l means milligrams per liter.

  • Adopting Order means an order of the Bureau adopting the terms of this Consent Decree without change, addition, deletion, or modification.

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Approval Order means (i) an order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2; or (ii) in the event of a timely objection to the motion to approve the Agreement that if sustained would reduce the full Settlement Amount available to pay Asbestos-Released Claims, an order in such form agreed to in writing by the Parties, entered by the Bankruptcy Court that (a) approves this Agreement, (b) authorizes the Parties to undertake the settlement and the sale of the Subject Policies as set forth in this Agreement, and (c) provides for the Injunction.

  • Solicitation Procedures Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction approving the Debtors' proposed procedures to govern their solicitation of votes on this Plan.

  • Closing protection letter means an agreement by the division to indemnify a lender or owner or both for loss caused by a division closer’s theft of settlement funds or failure to comply with written closing instructions relating to title certificate coverage when agreed to by the division closer.

  • MERS Procedure Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Cease and desist order means a court-issued order to halt land disturbing construction activity that is being conducted without the required permit.

  • Bid Procedures Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court that (a) is in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit A to this Agreement or otherwise in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Sellers and acceptable to the Buyer in its sole discretion, and (b) approves procedures for the solicitation and consideration of competitive bids for the Assets under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and authorizing the protections set forth in Article 11 for the Buyer.

  • FFDCA means the United States Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq., as amended from time to time, together with any rules, regulations and requirements promulgated thereunder (including all additions, supplements, extensions, and modifications thereto).

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
