Final Adjustment Surplus definition

Final Adjustment Surplus has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(d).
Final Adjustment Surplus means the Adjustment Surplus, in each case as finally agreed or determined in accordance with this Section 1.15. On the earlier of (A) the fifth Business Day following the date on which the Final Adjustment Schedule is determined in accordance with this Section 1.15 and (B) 180 days following the Closing Date:
