Final Averaging Period definition

Final Averaging Period means the 20 consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the 23rd Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding February 1, 2016.

Final Averaging Period means the 20 consecutive trading day period beginning on, and including, the 21st scheduled trading day immediately preceding September 1, 2021.
