The Redemption Date must be a Business Day, and the Company may not specify a Redemption Date that falls on or after the 21st Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.
A Holder may convert its Notes at any time from, and including, March 15, 2030 until the Close of Business on the second (2nd) Scheduled Trading Day immediately before the Maturity Date.
