Final Dissolution Amount definition

Final Dissolution Amount means, in respect of any Trust Certificate, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in the Final Terms;

• Unless the Certificates are previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, in full, the Trustee will redeem each Certificate on the Scheduled Dissolution Date at the Final Dissolution Amount together with any Periodic Distribution Amounts payable.
