Final Index definition

Final Index means the CPI for the Relevant Month of the Relevant Year (each as specified in the applicable Final Terms). If the CPI for the Relevant Month of the Relevant Year is not published within ten (10) Business Days before the Maturity Date, the Final Index shall be determined by the Calculation Agent as the higher of:
Final Index has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(d).
Final Index means the average of the closing prices of the Index for the fifteen trading-day Parent Measuring Period.

More Definitions of Final Index

Final Index means the average of the closing price of the Index for the 20 consecutive trading days prior to and including the End Date.

Final Index means the level of the Index published by the Index Sponsor at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date;
