Final License definition

Final License means a certificate of final licensure issued by the Commission pursuant to its authority under ▇.▇. ▇.
Final License means final authorization certificate granted by the CBL to an applicant to conduct full discount house services.
Final License means a license from the USDA or the equivalent governmental body outside of the United States that is granted following the conduct of a clinical trial of the relevant Product including a sufficient number of study subjects to demonstrate fully the efficacy of such Product for the intended indication and otherwise to satisfy the requirements for a final license to commercialize such Product for the relevant indication in a branded form. A Final License shall not include a conditional license (i.e., a regulatory approval granted by the USDA or equivalent governmental body outside of the United States upon a determination that there is a reasonable expectation of efficacy for the intended indication based on results of a clinical trial performed on a limited number of study subjects, under which a Product may be sold in an unbranded form).

  • If Company fails to secure a Final License, or any of the required local approvals aforementioned, this Agreement shall be null and void.

  • All of the provisions in the Final License shall apply to the Town, the Licensee, and their respective successors and assignees.

  • In the event that the Issuing Authority has reason to believe that the Licensee has defaulted in the performance of any or several provisions of the Final License, except as excused by Force Majeure, the Issuing Authority shall notify the Licensee in writing, by certified mail, of the provision or provisions which the Issuing Authority believes may have been in default and the details relating thereto.

  • The Licensee shall be subject to M.G.L. Chapter 87 and shall comply with all rules established by the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) during the term of the Final License.

  • The Town hereby reserves to itself, and the Licensee acknowledges the Town's right as authorized by applicable law or regulation, to intervene in any suit, action or proceeding involving the Final License, or any provision in the Final License.

  • The Exhibits to the Final License, attached hereto, and all portions thereof, are incorporated herein by the reference and expressly made a part of the Final License.

  • Neither this section, any bond accepted pursuant thereto, or any damages recovered thereunder shall limit the liability of the Licensee under the Final License.
