Perpetual License definition

Perpetual License means a license which is everlasting and valid if the software is being used in accordance with the license-agreement requirements.
Perpetual License or “Extended Term License” means a license of the Software that extends indefinitely. Perpetual Licenses do not include Maintenance Services.
Perpetual License means a type of license for a Software Product which allows the User to use the Software Product in perpetuity so long as the User does not otherwise violate the terms of the EULA. For reference, a Perpetual License on a Quote is denoted by its absence of either the terms “Subscription,” “SaaS,” or “Metered” and/or the absence of the letters ”SU” or “MTR” at the end of the Software Product number or the letters “HCL” at the beginning of the Software Product number.

More Definitions of Perpetual License

Perpetual License means a license for which you pay a one-time Fee to obtain the right to use and deploy the Software, whether on your premises or at your preferred hosting provider.
