Final Plans definition

Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.
Final Plans means the Proposed Plans, as revised, which have been approved by Landlord and Tenant in writing. Landlord agrees not to withhold or deny its approval unreasonably.
Final Plans shall consist of all plans and specifications necessary to construct Subtenant's Work, including mechanical and electrical working drawings.

Examples of Final Plans in a sentence

  • The improvements shown in the Final Plans shall (i) utilize Landlord’s building standard materials and methods of construction, (ii) be compatible with the shell and core improvements and the design, construction and equipment of the Premises, and (iii) comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes and ordinances.

  • Such modifications and revisions to the Final Plans and the general contractor’s cost estimate shall be subject to Landlord’s and Tenant’s reasonable approval and shall be in accordance with the standards set forth in Paragraph (b) of this Work Letter.

  • Within five (5) business days after receipt of the written non-binding cost estimate prepared by the general contractor, Tenant shall either (A) give its written approval thereof and authorization to proceed with construction or (B) request the Space Planner to modify or revise the Final Plans in any manner desired by Tenant to decrease the cost of the Tenant Improvements and Landlord shall direct the Space Planner to work with Tenant in order to implement such requests.

  • Landlord, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, agrees to furnish or perform those items of construction and those improvements (the “Tenant Improvements”) to the Relocation Premises specified in the Final Plans to be agreed to by Landlord and Tenant as set forth in Paragraph (b) below; provided, however, Landlord shall pay for the cost of such Tenant Improvements up to the extent of the Landlord’s Construction Allowance, as set forth in Paragraph (e) below.

  • If Tenant shall desire any changes to the Final Plans after final approval pursuant to Paragraph (g) above has been given, Tenant shall so advise Landlord in writing and Landlord shall determine whether such changes can be made in a reasonable and feasible manner.


More Definitions of Final Plans

Final Plans means final Drawings and final specifications, as revised to reflect the changes during construction, and shall include as-built drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams, underground structure drawings (including buried piping, all utilities, and critical hidden items), electric one-lines, electric schematics and connection diagrams.
Final Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.5 below.
Final Plans as hereinafter used shall mean the final plans, specifications, working drawings and Schedule of Values approved by Landlord for the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
Final Plans means the Construction Documents for the initial construction of the project prepared in accordance with the Design Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit D which are approved by Landlord as complete in all respects and are ready for use in construction.
