Construction Plans definition

Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with applicable law.
Construction Plans means the construction plans, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports to the extent the same are (i) in the possession or control of Seller and (ii) can be transferred or assigned by Seller without default, penalty or payment of a fee or charge.

Construction Plans means the plans, specifications, drawings and related documents on the construction work to be performed by the Developer on the Development Property, including the Minimum Improvements, which (a) shall be as detailed as the plans, specifications, drawings and related documents which are submitted to the appropriate building officials of the City; and (b) shall include at least the following: (1) site plan, (2) foundation plan, (3) floor plan for each floor, (4) cross-sections of each (length and width), (5) elevations (all sides, including a building materials schedule), (6) landscape and grading plan, and (7) such other plans or supplements to the foregoing plans as the City may reasonably request to allow it to ascertain the nature and quality of the proposed construction work.
Construction Plans. The complete plans and specifications for the construction of the Tenant Improvements consisting of all architectural, engineering, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications which are required to obtain all building permits, licenses and certificates from the applicable governmental authority(ies) for the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
