Space Plan definition

Space Plan herein means, to the extent required by the nature of the Work, detailed plans (including any so-called “pricing plans”), including a fully dimensioned floor plan and drawn to scale, showing: (i) demising walls, interior walls and other partitions, including type of wall or partition and height, and any demolition or relocation of walls, and details of space occupancy and density, (ii) doors and other openings in such walls or partitions, including type of door and hardware, (iii) electrical and computer outlets, circuits and anticipated usage therefor, (iv) any special purpose rooms, any sinks or other plumbing facilities, heavy items, and any other special electrical, HVAC or other facilities or requirements, including all special loading and related calculations, (v) any space planning considerations to comply with fire or other codes or other governmental or legal requirements, (vi) finish selections, and (vii) any other details or features requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord, or otherwise required, in order for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for Landlord to approve the Work, and for Tenant to contract and obtain permits for the Work, or for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for preparing Construction Drawings.
Space Plan as used herein shall mean a plan containing, among other things, a partition layout, door location and some furniture located in key spaces within the Premises. A copy of the Space Plan is attached above as the “Proposed Layout” portion of Exhibit A.
Space Plan herein means a floor plan, drawn to scale, showing: (1) demising walls, corridor doors, interior partition walls and interior doors, including any special walls, glass partitions or special corridor doors, (2) any restrooms, kitchens, computer rooms, file rooms and other special purpose rooms, and any sinks or other plumbing facilities, or other special facilities or equipment, (3) any communications system, indicating telephone and computer outlet locations, and (4) any other details or features required to reasonably delineate the Work to be performed.

Examples of Space Plan in a sentence

  • Tenant shall make no changes or modifications to (i) the Space Plan or (ii) once completed, the Approved Working Drawings, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld in Landlord's reasonable discretion if such change or modification would directly or indirectly delay the "Substantial Completion," as that term is defined in Section 4.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, of the Premises or increase the cost of designing or constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • At Landlord’s direction and with Xxxxxx’s written approval, the Architect shall design the Tenant Improvements, complete the Space Plan and the Construction Drawings and obtain all required building or other permits to allow construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises by Landlord.

  • Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Xxxxxxxx’s receipt of the Final Space Plan for the Fourth Expansion Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect.

  • Tenant shall retain an architect/space planner (the “Architect”) approved in advance by Landlord (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) to prepare the Final Space Plan and Final Working Drawings as provided in Section 3.2 and 3.3, below.

  • The Construction Drawings shall be consistent with and a logical extension of the Space Plan approved by Landlord and Tenant.


More Definitions of Space Plan

Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements for the Expansion Space.
Space Plan. That certain Space Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, ---------- ----------- which reflect the Tenant Improvements to be constructed by Landlord. Landlord and Tenant hereby approve of the Space Plan.
Space Plan means a preliminary architectural drawing showing all demising walls, corridors, entrances, exits, doors and interior partitions.
Space Plan herein means a preliminary floor plan, generally showing demising walls, corridor doors, interior partition walls and interior doors. The term "Space Plan" for purposes of this Agreement shall also refer to any so-called "pricing plan", i.e. a more detailed Space Plan, drawn to scale, showing: (1) any special walls, glass partitions or corridor doors, (2) any restrooms, kitchens, computer rooms, file rooms and other special purpose rooms, and any sinks or other plumbing facilities, or other special facilities or equipment, (3) communications system, indicating telephone and computer outlet locations, and (4) any other details or features reasonably required in order to obtain preliminary cost estimate as described in Section IX above, or otherwise reasonably requested by Landlord or Landlord's Space Planner.
Space Plan for purposes of this Agreement shall also refer to any so-called "pricing plan", i.e. a more detailed Space Plan, drawn to scale, showing: (1) any special walls, glass partitions or corridor doors, (2) any restrooms, kitchens, computer rooms, file rooms and other special purpose rooms, and any sinks or other plumbing facilities, or other special facilities or equipment, (3) communications system, indicating telephone and computer outlet locations, and (4) any other details or features reasonably required in order to obtain preliminary cost estimate as described in Section IX above, or otherwise reasonably requested by Landlord or Landlord's Space Planner.
Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.
Space Plan herein means a floor plan, drawn to scale, showing (i) demising walls, interior walls and other partitions, including type of wall or partition and height, (ii) doors and other openings in such walls or partitions, including type of door and hardware, (iii) any floor or ceiling openings, and any variations to building standard floor or ceiling heights, (iv) electrical outlets, and any restrooms, kitchens, computer rooms, file cabinets, file rooms and other special purpose rooms, and any sinks or other plumbing facilities, or other special electrical, HVAC, plumbing or other facilities or equipment, including all special loading, (v) communications system, including location and dimensions of equipment rooms, and telephone and computer outlet locations, (vi) special cabinet work or other millwork items, (vii) any space planning considerations under the Disabilities Acts, (viii) finish selections (i.e., color selection of painted areas, and selection of floor and any special wall coverings from Landlord's available building standard selections) (which selections Tenant may defer until the Construction Drawings Date), and (ix) any other details or features reasonably required in order to obtain a preliminary cost estimate as described in Section IV or otherwise reasonably requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord in order for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for preparing the Construction Drawings.
