Policy Period means the period commencing from effective date and hour as shown in the Policy Schedule and terminating at midnight on the expiry date as shown in the Policy Schedule.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Policy Date means the date on which the Search Report was prepared.
Policy Year means the period of time these Terms and Benefits are in force. The first Policy Year shall be the period from the Policy Effective Date to the day immediately preceding the first Renewal Date as specified in the Policy Schedule (both days inclusive) within one (1) year period; and each subsequent Policy Year shall be the one (1) year period from each Renewal Date.
Emergency period means the period during which a public
Agency Period means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and expiring on the earliest to occur of (x) the date on which the Agent shall have placed the Maximum Program Amount pursuant to this Agreement and (y) the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 7.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
Policy Term means the term of this Policy as specified in the Schedule;
Flood Insurance Study (FIS means an examination, evaluation, and determination of flood hazards, corresponding water surface elevations (if appropriate), flood hazard risk zones, and other flood data in a community issued by the FEMA. The Flood Insurance Study report includes Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps (FBFMs), if published.
insurance period means a contribution period or an equivalent period;
Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM means the official map on which the Federal Insurance Administration has delineated both the areas of special flood hazards and the risk premium zones applicable to the community.
Flood Insurance Study means the official report provided by the Federal Insurance Administration that includes flood profiles, the Flood Insurance Rate Map, the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map, and the water surface elevation of the base flood.
Flood Insurance Rate Map means the most recent flood hazard map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. Section 4001 et seq.).
Force-Placed Insurance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.
Risk Period means the period that the Landlord [in its absolute discretion]21 decides, being a minimum of [three] years and a maximum of [five]22 years, starting on the date of the relevant damage or destruction;
Affordability Period means the period during which the average rent in a Project is required to be maintained at an affordable level, as determined in accordance with the Program Guidelines or as otherwise established by the County;
Standard Hazard Insurance Policy means a fire and casualty extended coverage insurance policy in such amount and with such coverage as required by this Agreement.
Policy Provider means MBIA Insurance Corporation, or any successor thereto.
Policy summary means a synopsis describing the elements of a life insurance policy.
CIC Protection Period means the two-year period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the day before the second annual anniversary of the date of the Change in Control.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Reimbursement insurance policy means a policy of insurance
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
Loss Date means the date of occurrence of the event or circumstance causing a particular Loss, or the date of occurrence of the first event or circumstance in a series of events or circumstances causing a particular Loss.
Monthly Reporting Period The period during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of the calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for Gold PCs and the second calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for ARM PCs, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to prepayments on PCs issued before September 1, 1995, the Monthly Reporting Period generally is from the 16th of a month through the 15th of the next month.
