Examples of Final Response in a sentence

  • The senior representatives of the Parties shall make a good faith effort to resolve the Demand within thirty (30) Business Days (or such longer period as they may agree to in writing) following the date on which the Submitting Party provides written Notice that it will continue to pursue the Demand or the date on which the time period allowed for a Final Response to the Demand has expired without issuance of a Final Response.
