Final Space Plan definition

Final Space Plan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.7(a).
Final Space Plan means a detailed space plan for the Leasehold Improvements prepared by Lessee’s Architect, which space plan shall be substantially in conformance with the Preliminary Plan approved by Lessor and any updates or changes thereto approved by Lessor and shall contain the information and otherwise comply with the requirements set forth on Annex 2 attached hereto.
Final Space Plan means a detailed space plan for the Tenant Improvements prepared by Tenant’s Architect, which space plan shall be substantially in conformance with the Preliminary Plan approved by Landlord and any updates or changes thereto approved by Landlord and shall contain the information and otherwise comply with the requirements set forth on Annex 2 attached hereto.

Examples of Final Space Plan in a sentence

  • Landlord may request clarification or more specific drawings for special use items not included in the Final Space Plan.

  • If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall promptly cause the Final Space Plan to be revised to correct any deficiencies or other matters Landlord may reasonably require.

  • Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Space Plan for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect.

  • The final space plan (the "Final Space Plan") shall include a layout and designation of all offices, rooms and other partitioning, their intended use, and equipment to be contained therein.

  • The Working Drawings shall incorporate modifications to the Final Space Plan as necessary to comply with the floor load and other structural and system requirements of the Building.


More Definitions of Final Space Plan

Final Space Plan. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord a final schematic drawing depicting the Premises with walls, doors, windows, columns and structural elements, based on site visits, other information obtained by Tenant or Tenant's Representatives, and the Building Plans ("Final Space Plan"), in accordance with the Schedule. Landlord shall review and approve, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Final Space Plan with reasonable written conditions, if any, within seven (7) business days of receipt of the Final Space Plan.
Final Space Plan. A drawing of the Premises clearly showing the layout and relationship of all departments and offices, depicting partitions, door locations, and types of electrical/data/telephone outlets and delineation of furniture and equipment,
Final Space Plan for the Premises shall include a full and accurate description of room titles, floor loads, alterations to the Base Building or Landlord Work (if any) or requiring any change or addition to the AS IS condition, and the dimensions and location of all partitions, doors, aisles, plumbing (and furniture and equipment to the extent same affect floor loading). The Final Space Plan shall (i) be compatible with the design, construction, systems and equipment of the Base Building and Landlord Work; (ii) comply with the requirements of Landlord and comply with the requirements of the owners(s) of other condominium units applicable to the Common Areas and/or Project Areas (collectively, (i) and (ii) may be referred to as “Building Standards”), (iii) comply with Laws, (iv) be capable of logical measurement and construction, and (v) contain all such information as may be required for the preparation of the Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications (including, without limitation, a capacity and usage report, from Landlord’s engineers pursuant to Section 3.1(b). below, for all mechanical and electrical systems in the Premises). Prior to submission to Landlord, the Final Space Plan shall have been reviewed and approved by the City Building and Fire Departments, and shall be on file with the Building Department, registered with a preliminary plan check number. ​
Final Space Plan. A drawing of the Premises showing in addition to the items shown on the Preliminary Space Plan, locations of electrical, data and telephone outlets, plumbing, and millwork, and indicating any areas that will be evaluated for structural enhancements as a result of Tenant’s requirements. Working Drawings: Construction documents detailing the Improvements, as shown on the Final Space Plan, and conforming to applicable building and planning codes, complete in form and content and containing sufficient information and detail to allow for competitive bidding or negotiated pricing by Tenant’s contractor(s) and issuance of a building permit.

Final Space Plan means a drawing of the Premises clearly showing the layout and relationship of all departments and offices, depicting partitions, door locations, types of electrical, data and telephone outlets, delineation of furniture and equipment, and all other general specifications for the Improvements. The Final Space Plan will be preceded by preliminary space plans.
Final Space Plan for the Premises shall include a full and accurate description of room titles, floor loads, alterations to the Base Building, and the dimensions and location of all partitions, doors, aisles, plumbing (and racking, furniture and equipment to the extent same affect floor loading), wiring, freezers and coolers and all other modifications or improvements not included in the Base Building Work or the Landlord Work. The Final Space Plan shall be: (a) compatible with the design, construction, systems and equipment of the Base Building and Landlord Work; (b) comply with all the requirements set forth in the "Building Standards Manual", if any provided by Landlord (collectively, (a) and (b) may be referred to as "Building Standard"); (c) comply with Laws; (d) be capable of logical measurement and construction; (e) contain all such information as may be required for the preparation of the Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications; and (f) be in form and detail sufficient for submission for review and approval by the building and fire departments of the applicable governmental authorities.
