Work Letter definition

Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements, if any, in the form of Exhibit C.
Work Letter means the Work Letter attached as Exhibit D.
Work Letter. The term “Work Letter” shall mean the Work Letter attached as Exhibit C to and made a part of this Lease, the terms and provisions of which are hereby incorporated into this Lease.

  • Aside from any construction obligations described as “City’s Work” in the Work Letter, if any, City shall have no obligation to perform any construction work or improvements to prepare the Premises for Tenant’s Work.
