Work Letter definition

Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

Examples of Work Letter in a sentence

  • The construction of the initial improvements to the Premises shall be governed by the terms of the Tenant Work Letter and not the terms of this Article 8.

  • No modification, waiver or amendment of this Work Letter or of any of its conditions or provisions shall be binding upon Landlord or Tenant unless in writing signed by Landlord and Tenant.
