Work Letter definition

Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
Work Letter means the Work Letter attached as Exhibit C to and made a part of this Lease, the terms and provisions of which are hereby incorporated into this Lease.

Examples of Work Letter in a sentence

  • The construction of the initial improvements to the Premises shall be governed by the terms of the Tenant Work Letter and not the terms of this Article 8.

More Definitions of Work Letter

Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements, if any, in the form of Exhibit C.
