Final Working Capital Deficit definition

Final Working Capital Deficit shall exist in the amount of the difference between the Lower Working Capital and the Final Net Working Capital Threshold.
Final Working Capital Deficit means the amount by which Final Working Capital is less than Target Working Capital, if any.
Final Working Capital Deficit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
