FinanceCo Credit Agreement definition

FinanceCo Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of September 14, 2017, by and among FinanceCo, the FinanceCo Agent, and the FinanceCo Lenders, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, restated, refinanced, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
FinanceCo Credit Agreement means a credit agreement or similar agreement, by and among FinanceCo, the FinanceCo Agent, and the FinanceCo Lenders, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, restated, refinanced, replaced, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Related to FinanceCo Credit Agreement

  • New Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement, dated as of the Issue Date, by and among Level 3 Parent, LLC, Level 3 Financing, Inc., Wilmington Trust, National Association, as administrative agent, the New Credit Agreement Agent and each lender party thereto from time to time, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • U.S. Credit Agreement means that certain credit agreement dated as of even date herewith by and among the U.S. Borrower, as borrower, the lenders party thereto, as lenders, and the U.S. Administrative Agent, as administrative agent.

  • DIP Credit Agreement means the credit agreement with respect to the DIP Facility.

  • Bank Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement dated as of May 9, 2005 by and among the Company, certain Subsidiaries of the Company named therein, the Administrative Agent, and the Bank Lenders and other financial institutions party thereto, as amended, restated, joined, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and any renewals, extensions or replacements thereof, which constitute the primary bank credit facility of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Bridge Credit Agreement means the credit agreement (if any) dated as of the Closing Date among the Parent, Bank of America, as administrative agent, and the lenders party thereto on terms specified in the Commitment Letter and otherwise on terms reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders, the proceeds of which are applied to finance a portion of the Sealy Acquisition and the Refinancing and to pay the Transaction Costs.
