U.S. Credit Agreement definition

U.S. Credit Agreement means that certain credit agreement dated as of even date herewith by and among the U.S. Borrower, as borrower, the lenders party thereto, as lenders, and the U.S. Administrative Agent, as administrative agent.
U.S. Credit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Revolving Credit and Term Loan Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2017, among Parent Guarantor, Opco, the several lenders from time to time party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., as syndication agent, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, together with the related documents thereto (including any guarantee agreements and security documents), as amended through the Issue Date.
U.S. Credit Agreement means the Original Agreement as amended hereby.
