Computer Disk definition

Computer Disk means the computer disk generated by the Servicer (or applicable Financing Originator acting as subservicer as described in Section 5.05), which provides information relating to Contracts in the Contract Pool and which was used by such party in selecting the related Contracts for conveyance and inclusion in such Contract Pool, and includes the master file and the history file as well as servicing information with respect to such Contracts.
Computer Disk means the computer disk generated by the Servicer which provides information relating to the Contracts and which was used by the Seller in selecting the Contracts sold to the Trust Depositor pursuant to the Transfer and Sale Agreement (and any Subsequent Purchase Agreement) by the Trust Depositor in selecting the Contracts sold to the Trust pursuant to this Agreement (and any Subsequent Transfer Agreement), and includes the master file and the history file as well as servicing information with respect to the Contracts.
Computer Disk. The computer disk generated by the Servicer which provides information relating to the Receivables and which is used by the Servicer in servicing the Receivables conveyed to the Depositor pursuant to this Agreement (and any Addition Agreement or Substitution Agreement), and includes the master file and the history file as well as servicing information with respect to the Receivables.

More Definitions of Computer Disk

Computer Disk means the computer disk generated by the Servicer which provides information relating to the Contracts and which was used by the Sellers in selecting the Contracts conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to the Transfer and Sale Agreement (and any Subsequent Purchase Agreement), and includes the master file and the history file as well as servicing information with respect to the Contracts. "Contract" means each End-User Contract and each Vendor Loan but, unless otherwise specified herein, shall not refer to any Secondary Contract.
Computer Disk means a computer disk or email confirmation that contains a summary or list of Purchased Receivables (including all Eligible Receivables (if any) that have been originated since the last Purchase Date to the extent they have not been included in a Computer Disk that has previously been given by the Seller to the Company).
Computer Disk means a diskette or CD-ROM that contains Expedite software Electronic Bidding System (EBS) file. This Computer Disk will produce a Proposal Form. The Computer Disk shall be used to prepare and print the Proposal Form. The following is a listing of the microcomputer system equipment necessary to properly run the EBS program:
Computer Disk means the electronic record generated by Seller or on behalf of Seller which provides information relating to the Contracts in which an interest is sold to Purchaser, and includes the Contract Schedule and the payment history files related to each Contract.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.
