Forecasts means the quantity of Items or Services that Buyer reasonably anticipates it may purchase during a specified time.
Forecast means the hourly forecast of (a) the total electric energy production of the Generating Facility (in MWh) when the Generating Facility is not PIRP-eligible or Buyer is not Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use, or (b) the available total generation capacity of the Generating Facility (in MW) when the Generating Facility is PIRP-eligible and Buyer is Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use.
Projections as defined in Section 6.2(c).
Financial Projections has the meaning provided in Section 5.07(b).
Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;
Projection means prospective financial statements that present, to the best of the responsible party’s knowledge and belief given one or more hypothetical assumptions, an entity’s expected financial position, results of operations, and changes in financial position or cash flows that are based on the responsible party’s assumptions reflecting conditions it expects would exist and the course of action it expects would be taken given such hypothetical assumptions.
Financial Quarter means the period commencing on the day after one Quarter Date and ending on the next Quarter Date.
Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;
Financial Plan as defined in Section 5.1(i).
Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.
Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Financial Reporting Measure means any measure determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing the Company’s financial statements, and any measures derived wholly or in part from such measures, including GAAP, IFRS and non-GAAP/IFRS financial measures, as well as stock or share price and total equityholder return.
Budgets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b).
Financial exploitation means a breach of a fiduciary duty by an actor’s unauthorized expenditure of funds entrusted to the actor for the benefit of the vulnerable adult or by an actor’s failure to provide food, clothing, shelter, health care, therapeutic conduct or supervision, the failure of which results or is likely to result in detriment to the vulnerable adult. Financial exploitation also includes: the willful use, withholding or disposal of funds or property of a vulnerable adult; the obtaining of services for wrongful profit or advantage which results in detriment to the vulnerable adult; the acquisition of a vulnerable adult’s funds or property through undue influence, harassment, duress, deception or fraud; and the use of force, coercion, or enticement to cause a vulnerable adult to perform services against the vulnerable adult’s will for the profit or advantage of another.
Financial exigency means a condition that requires the bona fide discontinuance or reduction in size of an administrative unit, project, program or curriculum due to the lack of funds available and sufficient to meet current or projected expenditures.
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

Financial reporting year means the latest consecutive twelve-month period for which any of the following reports used to support a financial test is prepared:
Financial Period means a Financial Year or any other period in respect of which accounts are required to be prepared and certified by the auditors of the relevant company to enable it to comply with all relevant legal and accounting requirements and all requirements of any stock exchange on which any securities of the company are listed;

Financial Reporting Measures means measures that are determined and presented in accordance with the accounting principles used in preparing the Company’s financial statements, and all other measures that are derived wholly or in part from such measures. Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures that are derived wholly or in part from stock price or total shareholder return) shall, for purposes of this Policy, be considered Financial Reporting Measures. For the avoidance of doubt, a Financial Reporting Measure need not be presented in the Company’s financial statements or included in a filing with the SEC.
Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;
Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.
Projecting sign ’ means a sign which is affixed to a wall of a building and which at some point projects more than 250 mm in front of the surface of such wall;
