Forecast definition

Forecast means the hourly forecast of (a) the total electric energy production of the Generating Facility (in MWh) when the Generating Facility is not PIRP-eligible or Buyer is not Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use, or (b) the available total generation capacity of the Generating Facility (in MW) when the Generating Facility is PIRP-eligible and Buyer is Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use.
Forecast means a statement of expected meteorological conditions for a specified time or period, and for a specified area or portion of airspace;
Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Examples of Forecast in a sentence

  • The representative of the Buyer authorized to negotiate factual and technical matters may bring the Binding Six-Months-Long Forecast up to date anytime later, thus the Binding Six-Months-Long Forecast may be confirmed continuously with a binding effect.

  • The Binding Six-Months-Long Forecast shall be submitted by the representative of the Buyer authorized to negotiate factual and technical matters at least once per quarter.

  • The Non-Binding Year-Long Forecast and the Binding Six-Months-Long Forecast have to be prepared detailing the total number of goods forecasted to be purchased within the given period.

  • In case a partial order was not contained in the corresponding Binding Six-Months-Long Forecast, the period for fulfilment of such partial delivery is maximum 24 calendar weeks.

  • The Non-Binding Year-Long Forecast shall be submitted by the representative of the Buyer authorized to negotiate factual and technical matters every succeeding year the same way as of the date of conclusion of this Contract but latest by July 15th of each year.
