Forecast definition

Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Forecast means a statement of expected meteorological conditions for a specified time or period, and for a specified area or portion of airspace;
Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Examples of Forecast in a sentence

  • For the purpose of guarding against unexpected changes in market demand or unforeseen manufacturing failures, delays and shortfalls, PARI agrees to maintain, at its own cost and expense, safety stock of the Devices, [***] and Nebulizer Handsets (the “Safety Stock”), equal to [***] months supply as set forth in the most current Forecast.

  • The Supplier shall use its best efforts to maintain sufficient manufacturing capacity and stock of the Products to meet the requirements set out in the Order Forecast.

  • Seller's forecast for the first month of the 3 Month Forecast shall also be utilized to calculate Buyer's Monthly Purchase Obligation as defined in sub-paragraph 3.c. below.

Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Forecast means the hourly forecast of the total electric energy production of the Generating Facility (in MWh) when the Generating Facility is not PIRP-eligible, net of the Site Host Load and Station Use, or (b) the available total generation capacity of the Generating Facility (in MW) when the Generating Facility is PIRP-eligible, net of the Site Host Load and Station Use.

Forecast means prospective financial statements that present, to the best of the responsible party’s knowledge and belief, an entity’s expected financial position, results of operations, and changes in financial position or cash flows that are based on the responsible party’s assumptions reflecting conditions it expects to exist and the course of action it expects to take.
