Financing Cap definition

Financing Cap means $45 million USD.
Financing Cap means an aggregate of all amounts provided to the Debtor pursuant to Sections 4.3(c)(ii) and 5.2 of the Plan equal to $15,000,000.00.
Financing Cap means $25 million USD.
