Debt Financing Sources definition

Debt Financing Sources means (A) the banks and other entities that have committed to provide or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with debt Financing or any alternative debt financing in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including the lead arranger or arranger or any of the parties to the debt Financing Commitments and any joinder agreements or credit agreements relating thereto and any Affiliate of the foregoing and (B) any officers, directors or representatives of the foregoing.
Debt Financing Sources has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15(b).
Debt Financing Sources means, the Persons (other than the Acquired Entities or any of their Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates or controlling persons) named in the Credit Agreement, together with their Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives involved in the term loan financing contemplated by the Credit Agreement and their successors and assigns.

More Definitions of Debt Financing Sources

Debt Financing Sources shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
Debt Financing Sources means the lenders, agents, commitment parties and arrangers acting in such capacity with respect to any Debt Financing, together with their respective Affiliates, party from time to time to the Debt Financing Commitments.
Debt Financing Sources means the Persons that have committed to provide or arrange or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with the Debt Financing, including the parties to any debt commitment letters, engagement letters, joinder agreements, indentures or credit agreements entered pursuant thereto or relating thereto, together with their respective Affiliates, and their respective Affiliates’ current and future officers, directors, employees, attorneys, partners (general or limited), controlling parties, advisors, members, managers, accountants, consultants, agents and representatives and funding sources of each of the foregoing, their respective successors and assigns.
Debt Financing Sources means each Person that has committed to provide or otherwise entered into the Debt Commitment Letter, any other commitment letter, engagement letter, credit agreement, underwriting agreement, purchase agreement, indenture or other agreement with Parent in connection with, or that is otherwise acting as an arranger, bookrunner, underwriter, initial purchaser, placement agent, administrative or collateral agent, trustee or a similar representative in respect of, any Debt Financing.
Debt Financing Sources means the Persons (other than the Purchaser) that have committed to provide or have otherwise entered into agreements in connection with the Debt Financing Commitments (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any alternative debt financings) in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and any joinder agreements, indentures or credit agreements entered into pursuant thereto, including the parties named in Section 5.4, together with their Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives involved in the Debt Financing and their successors and assigns.
Debt Financing Sources means the financial institutions identified in the Debt Commitment Letter, together with the agents, arrangers, lenders and other entities that have committed to provide or arrange or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with all or any part of the Debt Financing and each other Person that commits to arrange or provide or otherwise provides the Debt Financing in accordance with this Agreement, whether by joinder to the Debt Commitment Letter or otherwise, including the parties to any joinder agreements, engagement letters, indentures or credit agreements entered into in connection therewith, together with their respective Affiliates and their respective Affiliates’ officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Debt Financing Sources means the lenders, agents and arrangers of any Debt Financing, together with their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and their successors and assigns, including any successors or assigns via joinder agreements or credit agreements relating thereto.
