Financing Instruments definition

Financing Instruments means the Term Facility and the Revolving Credit Facilities (“Term Facility” and the “Revolving Credit Facilities” have the meanings given to them in the Final Offering Documents);
Financing Instruments means this Agreement, the Series 2021 Bond, the Series 2021 Note, the Master Indenture, the Swap Obligation, the Swap Agreement, and the Deed of Trust (as modified by the Deed of Trust Modification).
Financing Instruments means this Financing Agreement, the Indenture, the Note, the Escrow Agreement, the Reimbursement Agreement, the Bond Purchase Agreement and the Remarketing Agreement.
