Investment Documents definition

Investment Documents means, with respect to any Core Portfolio Investment or any Senior Bank Loan Investment, any related loan agreement, security agreement, mortgage, assignment, all guarantees, note purchase agreement, intercreditor and/or subordination agreements, and UCC financing statements and continuation statements (including amendments or modifications thereof) executed by the Obligor thereof or by another Person on the Obligor’s behalf in respect of such Core Portfolio Investment or Senior Bank Loan Investment and any related promissory note, including, without limitation, general or limited guaranties and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, for each Core Portfolio Investment secured by real property by a mortgage document, an Assignment of Mortgage, and for all Core Portfolio Investments or Senior Bank Loan Investments with a promissory note, an assignment thereof (which may be by allonge), in blank, signed by an officer of the Borrower.
Investment Documents means, collectively, the Loan Documents and the Warrants.
Investment Documents means bearer securities, share certificates or other documents which are, or relate to, investments.

Examples of Investment Documents in a sentence

  • The Custodian will not otherwise perform any other Services in relation to such Investment Documents.

  • The Custodian may agree to provide physical safekeeping for Investment Documents delivered to it and will return such Investment Documents to the Client upon receipt of Proper Instructions, subject to additional documentation and other requirements as the Custodian may specify from time to time.


More Definitions of Investment Documents

Investment Documents means, for each Eligible Asset, the following documents or instruments entered into in respect of such Asset (including all material amendments, supplements or modifications thereto), to the extent applicable, each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent, reasonably available and not waived by Administrative Agent in its sole but reasonable discretion:

Investment Documents means, collectively, the Loan Documents, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Warrants.

Investment Documents means this Agreement and the SPA between the Company and the Investor as of the date hereof. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as in the SPA.
