Firearm ban means any ban or prohibition on a person's possession of a firearm that is not based on the status or condition of the person or limited to the possession of a firearm in a school safety zone, courthouse, or other designated location.
Firearm means any device designed, made, or adapted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive or any device readily convertible to that use.
Firearms means (1) any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; (2) the frame or receiver of any such weapon; (3) any firearm muffler or firearm silencer; or (4) any destructive device. Antique firearm means a firearm or replica of a firearm not designed or redesigned for using rim fire or conventional center fire ignition with fixed ammunition and manufactured in or before 1898, including any matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap, or similar type of ignition system and also any firearm using fixed ammunition manufactured in or before 1898, for which ammunition is no longer manufactured in the United States and is not readily available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade.
Weapons means an instrument or device of any kind that is used or designed to be used to inflict harm including, but not limited to, rifles, handguns, shotguns, antique fire- arms, knives, swords, bows and arrows, BB guns, pellet guns, air rifles, electronic or other stun devices, or fighting imple- ments.
Alcoholic liquor means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105.
Slow sand filtration means a process involving passage of raw water through a bed of sand at low velocity (generally less than 0.4 meters per hour) resulting in substantial particulate removal by physical and biological mechanisms.
Smokeless tobacco means any powder that consists of cut, ground, powdered, or leaf tobacco that contains nicotine and that is intended to be placed in the oral cavity;
Passenger compartment means the space for occupant accommodation, bounded by the roof, floor, side walls, doors, outside glazing and front bulkhead and the plane of the rear compartment bulkhead or the plane of the rear-seat back support.
Weapon means a firearm as defined in 18 USC §921 for purposes of the Gun-Free Schools Act. It also means any other gun, BB gun, pistol, revolver, shotgun, rifle, machine gun, disguised gun, dagger, dirk, razor, stiletto, switchblade knife, gravity knife, brass knuckles, sling shot, metal knuckle knife, box cutters, cane sword, electronic dart gun, Kung Fu star, electronic stun gun, pepper spray or other noxious spray, explosive or incendiary bomb, or other device, instrument, material or substance that can cause physical injury or death when used to cause physical injury or death.
Tobacco paraphernalia means any item designed for the consumption, use, or preparation of Tobacco Products.
Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.
Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.

Biological safety cabinet means a containment unit suitable for the preparation of low to moderate risk agents where there is a need for protection of the product, personnel, and environment, according to National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Standard 49.
Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.
Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.
Tobacco means cigarettes, cigars, chewing or pipe tobacco, or any other item that contains tobacco.
Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.
