Firm Placing. ’ means the issue of 243,461,685 New Ordinary Shares to Wellcome Trust and the issue of 20,872,732 New Ordinary Shares to CRUK;
Firm Placing means the placing of 108,243,230 Rights Offer Shares with the Firm Placees; “Form of Instruction” means the enclosed printed form of instruction pertaining to a Letter of

  • Unless you are a Firm Placee, you will not participate in the Firm Placing.
