Fiscal Year End Date definition

Fiscal Year End Date means, with respect to each Borrower, the date set forth on Schedule 2 hereto adjacent to the name of the Related Fund with respect to such Borrower.
Fiscal Year End Date means January 31, 2018, which is the final day of the Company’s most recently ended fiscal year.
Fiscal Year End Date means December 31 of each fiscal year of the Parent Guarantor.
