Fixed O&M Costs definition

Fixed O&M Costs means the costs incurred by Tacoma to operate and maintain the Project in accordance with this Project Agreement, which are neither Capital Expenditures nor Variable O&M Costs, and that do not vary based on the quantity of Project Water delivered to the Participants. Exhibit B sets forth examples of costs that comprise Fixed O&M Costs.
Fixed O&M Costs means all Project Operation and Maintenance Expenses
Fixed O&M Costs means cost of Operations and Maintenance that do not change over time and/or are not affected by changes in levels of production.

Examples of Fixed O&M Costs in a sentence

  • For so long as Owner operates the Plant and/or retains such other personnel, the Allocated Fixed O&M Costs Payment, Variable Charge Payment and the Fuel Management Fee, as applicable, payable under this Agreement shall be reduced (but not less than to zero) by an amount equal to Owner's costs to operate and maintain the Plant; provided, however that Operator shall resume operation of the Plant, upon termination of such strike.

  • Upon declaring a reduction or curtailment of the Total Annual Project Allotment pursuant to this Section 6.3, FVMWC shall notify Cadiz of the total number of AF subject to such reduction or curtailment and the corresponding amount of Fixed O&M Costs that will be payable by Cadiz as a Retained Cost, as well as the Capital Recovery Charges that will not be payable to Cadiz during such Year.

  • It is the goal of the parties for the Project to produce water at a cost to SMWD between $639 and $1,089 per AF (in 2012 dollars), including the SMWD Base Payment, the Capital Recovery Charge, Fixed O&M Costs, Variable O&M Costs, Administrative Costs and MWD Fees, but excluding any treatment that may be required.

  • SMWD and each other Project Participant shall pay to FVMWC a charge per AF to cover Fixed O&M Costs.

  • During the remainder of the term of the Facility Lease, SMWD shall share in the cost of capital repair and replacement with the other Project Participants as a component of Fixed O&M Costs.

  • All costs associated with these activities will be components of Fixed O&M Costs and recovered through the sale of water to SMWD and other Project Participants.

  • Such Incremental Water Supply Cost shall be recovered by means of an increase in the charges for Steam and Chilled Water Fixed O&M Costs as set forth in Exhibits B and C to the O&M Agreement in an amount sufficient to amortize the Incremental Water Supply Cost over ten years at a carrying cost of prime rate plus 2% per annum.

  • The University may elect to fund some or all of the Steam Operating Fund Deposits, as set forth above, through general obligation bonds, but reserves the right to establish and fund Major Maintenance and/or equipment replacement deposit(s) through the Steam Fixed O&M Costs through an action of the Operating Committee.

  • On or about the first (1st) Business Day of each calendar month, Operator shall submit to the University its invoice for the University’s allocated portion of all Steam Fixed O&M Costs and Chilled Water Fixed O&M Costs (as set forth in Schedules S-1 and CW-1) for the Facility that are payable for the current calendar month.

  • If the University does not pay Operator in full for such Fixed O&M Costs on or before the Fixed O&M Costs Payment Due Date, then any unpaid portion thereof shall bear interest from the Fixed O&M Costs Payment Due Date until paid in full at the Default Rate.


More Definitions of Fixed O&M Costs

Fixed O&M Costs means fixed operation and maintenance costs that Black Start Generator incurs to be able to provide Black Start Service and for which Black Start Generator is paid as provided for in this Agreement.
Fixed O&M Costs means the sum of those fixed costs:
Fixed O&M Costs means all Project Operation and Maintenance Expenses which do not vary with the amount of water extracted, conveyed and delivered during the applicable time period.
Fixed O&M Costs means any O&M Costs that do not vary or increase as a result of the dispatch of one or more Projects, it being acknowledged and agreed that the dispatch levels of the Projects assumed in each Operating Budget shall be zero.

  • O&M Costs as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Fixed Costs means costs which do not vary with consumption or volume produced;

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,
