Fixed Rate Period definition

Fixed Rate Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.10(a).
Fixed Rate Period has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(i).
Fixed Rate Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date, to (but excluding) August 17, 2028.

Examples of Fixed Rate Period in a sentence

  • The amount of interest payable on any Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date during the Fixed Rate Period will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months up to, but excluding December 15, 2030, and, the amount of interest payable on any Floating Rate Interest Payment Date during the Floating Rate Period will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the number of days actually elapsed.

  • Interest accrued on the Notes during the Fixed Rate Period will be payable semi-annually in arrears on June 15 and December 15 of each year, commencing on June 15, 2026 (each such date, a “Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date”).

More Definitions of Fixed Rate Period

Fixed Rate Period means any period during which Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate, which period shall commence on the effective date of a Change in the Interest Rate Mode to a Fixed Rate, and shall extend through the day immediately preceding the Stated Maturity.
