Floating Rate Period definition

Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

Floating Rate Period means the period commencing on and including the Dividend Payment Date on July 6, 2023 and continuing to, but excluding, the first date, if any, as of which all shares of Series B have been redeemed.

Floating Rate Period has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(ii).

• The amount of dividends payable for the Floating Rate Period shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed.

Floating Rate Period means any period during which a Floating Rate is in effect.
