Weekly Rate Period definition

Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.
Weekly Rate Period means each period during which Bonds bear interest at Weekly Rates.

  • The Registrar and Paying Agent shall not be required to transfer or exchange Bonds during any period beginning at the opening of business fifteen (15) days before the day of mailing of a notice of redemption and ending at the close of business on the day fixed for redemption; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not apply during a Daily Rate Period, a Weekly Rate Period, a Commercial Paper Rate Period or an Auction Rate Period.
