Fixed Swap Rate definition

Fixed Swap Rate. For any Distribution Date and the related Interest Accrual Period a per annum rate equal to the product of (i) 2 and (ii) the rate specified in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement for such Distribution Date and related Interest Accrual Period.
Fixed Swap Rate means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the rate calculated by taking the weighted average of the interest rates charged in respect of each account established in the Mortgage Loan System for the Mortgage Loans charged a fixed rate of interest on that Reset Date, rounded up to four decimal places.
Fixed Swap Rate means, with respect to each Contract and any date of determination, the fixed rate payable by the Borrower under the Interest Rate Hedging Transaction entered into with respect to the related Funding Date.

  • The Conversion Note shall be in substantially the form of either Exhibit A-1 (Conversion Interbank Rate Promissory Note) or Exhibit A-2 (Fixed Swap Rate Promissory Note), as appropriate, and shall be dated as of the effective date of such conversion, subject to such necessary modifications as are required due to changes in the law.

More Definitions of Fixed Swap Rate

Fixed Swap Rate means the fixed rate to be paid by the Issuer under the INTEREST RATE SWAP;
Fixed Swap Rate means, with respect to each Contract and any date of determination (a) if the current Interest Rate Hedging Agreement shall be in effect with respect to such Contract, the fixed rate payable by the Borrower under such Interest Rate Hedging Agreement and (b) if the current Interest Rate Hedging Agreement shall not be in effect with respect to such Contract, the greater of (i) the sum of (A) the fixed rate payable by the Borrower under the current Interest Rate Hedging Agreement and (B) 0.50% and (ii) the sum of (A) the LIBOR Rate with a Designated Maturity of one month as of such date of determination, and (B) 2.25%.
Fixed Swap Rate means, for any day during an Accrual Period, the fixed rate payable under each Interest Rate Swap (without taking into account any netting provisions thereunder) as provided in SECTION 7.3(c).
Fixed Swap Rate has the meaning specified in the Basic Terms.

Related to Fixed Swap Rate

  • Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), either:

  • Swap Rate means a charge by the Company for the interest cost and associated costs (positive or negative) incurred in relation to the overnight rollover (s) of an open position;

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • REMIC Swap Rate For each Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the product of: (i) the “Rate of Payment (%)” under the Swap Agreement for such Distribution Date, as set forth in Annex D to the Prospectus Supplement, (ii) 2, and (iii) the quotient of (a) the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period divided by (b) 30.

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate means for any Reset Period the mean of the bid and offered rates for the fixed leg payable with a frequency equivalent to the frequency with which scheduled interest payments are payable on the Notes during the relevant Reset Period (calculated on the day count basis customary for fixed rate payments in the Relevant Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent) of a fixed-for-floating interest rate swap transaction in the Relevant Currency which transaction (i) has a term equal to the relevant Reset Period and commencing on the relevant Reset Date, (ii) is in an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the relevant time with an acknowledged dealer of good credit in the swap market and (iii) has a floating leg based on the Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate for the Mid-Swap Maturity (calculated on the day count basis customary for floating rate payments in the Relevant Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent);

  • Floating Interest Rate means the variable annual interest rate calculated for each Interest Adjustment Period so as to equal the Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period (truncated at the 5th decimal place if necessary) plus the Margin. However, in no event will the Floating Interest Rate exceed the Capped Interest Rate.

  • Cap Rate For each Calculation Period, as set forth for such period on Schedule I attached hereto. Floating Rate for initial Calculation Period: To be determined Floating Rate Day Count Fraction: Actual/360 Floating Rate Option: USD-LIBOR-BBA, provided, however, if the Floating Rate Option for a Calculation Period is greater than 10.00% then the Floating Rate Option for such Calculation Period shall be deemed equal to 10.00%.

  • Fixed Swap Payment With respect to any Distribution Date, a fixed amount equal to the related amount set forth in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations means the arithmetic mean of the bid and offered rates for the annual fixed leg (calculated on a 30/360 day count basis) of a fixed-for-floating euro interest rate swap transaction which:

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Floating Swap Payment With respect to any Distribution Date on or prior to the Distribution Date in January 2010, an amount equal to the product of (x) Swap LIBOR, (y) the Swap Agreement Notional Balance for that Distribution Date and (z) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the number of days in the related calculation period as provided in the Swap Agreement and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Net WAC Cap Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (i) a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates (or, if applicable, the Modified Net Mortgage Rates) using the Net Mortgage Rates in effect for the Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of the respective Stated Principal Balances thereof for such Distribution Date and (ii) a fraction equal to 30 divided by the actual number of days in the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

  • Weighted Average Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates on the Mortgage Loans as of the second preceding Due Date (after giving effect to the payments due on the Mortgage Loans on that Due Date).

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.
