Interest Rate Hedging Transaction definition

Interest Rate Hedging Transaction means a transaction that is entered into under an Interest Rate Hedging Agreement, the terms of which are reflected on a confirmation that is executed by the Borrower and the Hedge Counterparty.
Interest Rate Hedging Transaction means (i) any Swap Transaction entered into by the Borrower with an Eligible Counterparty intended to protect the Borrower against changes in the floating rate of interest payable on all or a portion of any Debt or other obligation of the Borrower or its subsidiaries or on any Fund Investment or to protect against fluctuations in interest rates, or (ii) any Swap Transaction or repurchase agreement entered into by the Borrower, in each case with an Eligible Counterparty, intended to protect against changes in the market value of any Fund Investment resulting from fluctuations in interest rates.
Interest Rate Hedging Transaction has the meaning assigned to such term in the applicable Collateral Valuation Schedule.
