Flag Jurisdiction definition

Flag Jurisdiction means, with respect to any Collateral Vessel, the flag jurisdiction of such Collateral Vessel on the Borrowing Date, which, for the avoidance of doubt, must be an Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction.
