The Flag Member State of the large scale pelagic longline vessel engaged in at-sea transhipments shall review the information received pursuant to the provisions of this Regulation to determine consistency between the reported catches, transhipments, and landings of each vessel, including in cooperation with the landing State as necessary.
Participating Member States means the member states of the European Communities that adopt or have adopted the euro as their lawful currency in accordance with the legislation of the European Union relating to European Monetary Union.
Participating Member State means any member state of the European Communities that adopts or has adopted the euro as its lawful currency in accordance with legislation of the European Community relating to Economic and Monetary Union.
Member State means a member state of the European Union.
host Member State means the Member State other than the home Member State in which a payment service provider has an agent or a branch or provides payment services;
home Member State means either of the following:
EU means the European Union.
the United Kingdom means Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.
