Flexible container definition

Flexible container means that the shape or contours of the filled, sealed container are affected by the enclosed product.
Flexible container means Bxxxxx’x container, the description and specifications of which are set forth in the Quality Agreement and in Bxxxxx’x FDA filings, which is either a 250-mL or a 100-mL flexible non-PVC container having a single administration port containing PVC and wrapped in an overpouch.
