Flexible Portfolio definition

Flexible Portfolio means those Portfolios as are more particularly described in Section 2Investment Objectives and Policies” (paragraph 2.5 “Flexible Portfolios”) in the Prospectus and in one or more Supplements;
Flexible Portfolio means a portfolio of which one or more underlying Investment(s) and/or class(es), type(s) or theme(s) of Investments (as made available by us from time to time) are selected and/or modified by you at your own discretion; "FWP Information" has the meaning ascribed to it in clause 3.1(a) of SCHEDULE 4 to this Agreement;
