Flexible Time definition

Flexible Time. Means that part of the schedule of working hours during which employees may choose their time of arrival and departure from the work site, within limits consistent with the duties and requirements of the position and the limits consistent with the duties and requirements of the position and the limits consistent with the duties and requirements of the position and the limits established under this memorandum of agreement. To the extent permitted, credit hours may be accumulated to reduce the length of a workweek or a biweekly pay period.
Flexible Time means time required under this Agreement that can be used as approved in the Class 5 Instructor Training Curriculum document.
Flexible Time means the hours which are outside core time, but within the overall hours during which staff may arrive or depart as the case may be.

  • Flexible Time Off shall be taken with due consideration for the services required of Employee and to the requirements of Company.

  • The Executive will be eligible to participate in Adtalem’s Flexible Time Office (FTO) program.

  • Executive shall be entitled each year to "Flexible Time Off" ("FTO") commensurate with a "Grade I" Executive, as described in Employer's EXECUTIVE HANDBOOK.

  • In accordance with Enfusion’s Flexible Time Off policy, which may be amended from time to time, Employee is entitled to Flexible Time Off as needed each calendar year.

Flexible Time means time worked that exceeds the scheduled hours in a day and is not overtime under section 13.41.

Related to Flexible Time

  • Double time means twice the straight-time rate.

  • Applicable Time means, with respect to any borrowings and payments in any Alternative Currency, the local time in the place of settlement for such Alternative Currency as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be necessary for timely settlement on the relevant date in accordance with normal banking procedures in the place of payment.
