Free Time definition

Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.

Free Time means 12 days of leave time each calendar year for which the member is not charged for care during absence.

Free Time means 15 days of furlough time each calendar year for which the member is not charged for care during absence.

Examples of Free Time in a sentence

• In the absence of any other written agreement with Motor Carrier and in accordance with Section E.6 of the UIIA, the following Free Time shall be allowed and the following use charges assessed to Motor Carrier.
