Flood Hazard Property definition

Flood Hazard Property means any Mortgaged Property that is in an area designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood or mudslide hazards.
Flood Hazard Property means any Real Estate Asset subject to a mortgage or deed of trust in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations, and located in an area designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood or mud slide hazards.
Flood Hazard Property has the meaning specified in Section 6.12(d).

More Definitions of Flood Hazard Property

Flood Hazard Property means any Real Estate Asset subject to a mortgage in favor of Collateral Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, and located in an area designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood or mud slide hazards.
