Floor Plan Line of Credit Dollar Cap definition

Floor Plan Line of Credit Dollar Cap means One Hundred Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($175,000,000.00), as such amount may be decreased in accordance with Section 2.01.16.
Floor Plan Line of Credit Dollar Cap means, as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, Four (a) Three Hundred EightyTwenty-Five Million Dollars ($480,000,000.00)325,000,000) from the Third Amendment Effective Date through the Camping World Asset Sale Outside Date, and (b) Two Hundred Ninety-Five Million Dollars ($295,000,000) from the Camping World Asset Sale Outside Date through the Maturity Date, as such amount may be decreased in accordance with Section 2.01.16 or increased pursuant to Section 2.22 of this Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • Revolving Loan Outstandings means, at any time of calculation, (a) the then existing aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans, and (b) when used with reference to any single Lender, the then existing outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans advanced by such Lender.

  • Letter of Credit Limit means $5,000,000.

  • Total Revolving Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Extensions of Credit of the Revolving Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Revolving Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Revolving Lender to make Revolving Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii), and “Revolving Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Revolving Lenders in the aggregate.

The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender, (a) on the Closing Date, the percentage set forth opposite such Lender’s name on the Commitment Annex under the column “Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage” (if such Lender’s name is not so set forth thereon, then, on the Closing Date, such percentage for such Lender shall be deemed to be zero), and (b) on any date following the Closing Date, the percentage equal to the Revolving Loan Commitment Amount of such Lender on such date divided by the Revolving Loan Commitment on such date.

  • Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.
