FLSA EXEMPTION. Employees occupying the classifications designated as exempt in accordance with FLSA as of October 16, 2001 shall not have their pay or their vacation/leave banks reduced for absences of less than one day. The County agrees to notify Local 721 whenever classifications designated as exempt are added or deleted from the County’s classification system.
