Food Imports definition

Food Imports means the foods imported into the Arab Republic of Egypt, including production inputs, in accordance with the definition of “Food” provided for in Law No. 1 of the Year 2017 on the Enactment of Law on NFSA.

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Cosmetology means the art or practice of embellishment, cleansing, beautification, and styling of hair, wigs, postiches, face, body, or nails.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.
