Food Producer definition
Food Producer. : means the person or persons responsible for the food, who may be the food business operator or employee of the food business or a part owner of share block participant or third party;
Food Producer means the food business operators producing processed food;
Food Producer means a person who grew, raised, processed, prepared, manufactured, or otherwise added value to the food product the person is selling. The term does not include a person who only packaged or repackaged a food product.

These Guidelines and Rules contemplate three kinds of Producers: (a) a Farm Producer which is based on a farm; (b) a Food Producer which uses locally sourced farm products in consumable goods; and ( c) an Other Producer.
