Producer definition

Producer means the owner of a well or wells capable of producing oil or gas or both.

Producer means any broker, insurance producer, agent, general agent, managing general agent, master broker agency, broker general agency, financial specialist or other Person, including any employee of the Ceding Company or its Affiliates, responsible for writing, marketing, producing, selling or soliciting Reinsured Contracts.

• EMPLOYER or a Third-Party Producer may release a single song, movement, or work less than 60-minutes in length, edited from up to three audio-visual captures for unlimited streaming, upon payment of the greater of the rates provided below, or the same up-front media payment as paid to participating AFM orchestra members performing on the same recording.
