EMPLOYER or a Third-Party Producer may license the program for subsequent three-year broadcast periods upon payment to the Choristers, Soloists, and/or Narrators of 25% of the original broadcast rate paid to Choristers, Soloists, and/or Narrators.
If the EMPLOYER or a Third-Party Producer has paid the applicable up-front payments as set forth in Section III.20.I above or this paragraph 20.J for streaming, the EMPLOYER can release the program on to a DVD format for an additional payment to each Chorister of 25% of the original up-front payment, permitting the first 15,000 units sold on either hard-copy DVD format or as a permanently- downloadable program.

EMPLOYER or a Third-Party Producer may release a single song, movement, or work less than 60-minutes in length, edited from up to three audio-visual captures for unlimited streaming, upon payment of the greater of the rates provided below, or the same up-front media payment as paid to participating AFM orchestra members performing on the same recording.
